When you use the contact form
The form contains your name, phone number, optional email address, enquiry topic and message. These details are used to respond to and follow up your enquiry. Forms are delivered through Netlify Forms. Do not send identity numbers, medical information, passwords or other sensitive details.

Technical providers
Netlify delivers this website. Fonts on the main pages are loaded from Google Fonts. Connecting to a provider transmits technical information, including the IP address required for the connection. External links, such as Google Maps and the student portal, open services that may carry out their own personal-data processing.
Cookies and saved language
The language feature uses local storage, vg_lang, to remember a language you choose. The value remains until you clear it or clear the browser's site data. The website's own code does not use marketing pixels or analytics cookies. Storage and cookies on external services are separate from this language feature.
